Consultations:

Q. Can I book a consultation with Terri?
A. Yes we highly recommend a consultation before we book any procedures (unless of course you are positive of the procedure(s) you wish to have done) that way Terri can assess the best way to serve your needs.

Q. How much is a consultation?
A. The consultation fee is $35, but that fee is applied to the cost of any procedure you wish to have done.

Permanent Cosmetics:

Q. Does it hurt?
A. We use a numbing topical cream to help prevent pain for eyeliner and eyebrows. We do use a nerve block for lips so you will not feel a thing.

Q. How long does it take?
A. It really depends on what procedure you are having done or if you are having multiple procedures done. We typically book for an hour for Eyebrows, an hour for Eyeliner, and 90 minutes for Full Lip Color. The time includes numbing of the area and filling out paperwork.

Q. Does it swell? How long will it be swollen?
A. Typically, there is some inflammation around the eyes and lips; however, the eyebrows do not swell. The lips do swell quite a bit; however, if you use the ice that we provide for you, it will speed healing tremendously. Eyes will swell a little and may look like you have allergies for a day or two.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Our Prices rage anywhere from $395 to $695 depending on the procedure you are interested in: $395 for Eyebrows or Eyeliner, & $695 for Full Lip Color, because it counts as two areas - lining the ridge of the lips and filling in the color to the rest of the lips.

Q. What if I wanted to get all three done at once how much would it cost?
A. If you wanted to do the Eyebrows and Eyeliner together it will be $695 and if you add in the Full Lip Color you would add an additional $695.

Q. I have a birthmark and/or scar that I would like to cover how much will it be?
A. You really need a consultation for pigment replacement and/or scar revision, because Terri really needs to see how big of an area she will be working on. It normally takes several visits to get it to look natural. Work can range anywhere from $150-350, but each time you come it will get less and less expensive.

Q. My eyebrows are blue now because I had work done years ago, can that be worked on or corrected?
A. Yes, as a matter of fact, eyebrows turn blue like any other tattoo and needs to be touched up. That usually takes two or possibly three visits, but the cost will cover all visits. The first and (if needed) second visits are to block the blue color back to a more fleshy color. The final visit is to color in.

InvisiLift Treatments and Peels:

Q. I was interested in a facial, what is involved?
A. We offer more clinical oriented skin care as opposed to just a basic facial. We offer light to medium peels along with our Invisilift treatment. We basically do "results-oriented" skin care.

Q. What is Invisilift?
A. Well Terri is the Founder and President of InvisiLift. InvisiLift is used for anti-aging. It uses ultrasound waves to tone and tighten the collagen and elastin in your skin, which will reduce fine line and wrinkles. It also helps reduce acne and rosacea from the skin. You are more than welcome to visit our website that will answer many of your questions and show some before and after photos. The website is www.invisiliftinc.com

Q. What do peels accomplish for your face?
A. Peels get rid of sun damage, hyper-pigmentation (which is a darkening of the skin), reduces fine lines and wrinkles and reduces large pores.

Q. How much are the treatments?
A. It depends on what the treatments involve. It would probably be best to come in for a consultation, that way Terri can take a look at the areas that are the most problematic for you. Usually the peels range from $165-225. More intensive treatments and anti-aging range from $195-265, and the Invisilift treatments are anywhere from $225-275 per treatment.

IPLTreatments:

Q. What does IPL stand for?
A.

IPL stands for Intense Pulse Light

Q. What does it do?
A.

Well, there are three different hand pieces that are involved in various treatments. There is a Skin Rejuvenation (SR) hand piece that targets the dark aging spots or sun damage (hyper-pigmentation) on the surface of the skin. There is another hand piece (ST) that works in conjunction with the SR that tightens the skin. The third hand piece is for Hair Removal (HR), and targets dark hair only.

Q How does it work?
A.

The light that comes out of the IPL is chromophore specific, which is a fancy way to say that the light is attracted to darkness. The SR light targets the dark age-spots on the surface of the skin. The HR light flashes deeper into the bottom of the dermis to target the dark hair follicle at its root. The ST light targets below into the sub-layer of the dermis where collagen, elastin and DNA lay to excite their production.

Q. How much are treatments?
A.

That really depends on the kind of treatment and what areas that you want to work on. We always recommend a consultation so that Terri can take a look at the areas of interest and make the proper assessment. They can vary from $75 - $595.

Q. How many treatments will it take?
A.

That, also, really depends on the kind of treatment(s) involved. For the SR and/or ST, three to five treatments are recommended. For the HR, five to seven treatments are recommended - more for stubborn hair areas such as bikini area or underarms.

Q. How long do the results last?
A.

The results are permanent, but it also depends on your willingness to take care of the areas that were treated afterward. If you go out in the sun we suggest using a strong SPF. Avoiding the any further sun damage will only increase the effectiveness of the treatments.
